In the Middle of Becoming

In the Middle of Becoming

I’m not all the way healed.
I’m not all the way sure.
I’m somewhere in between.

And I’m learning—that’s not weakness. That’s becoming.

This season of my life isn’t clean or predictable.
Some days I’m all green juice, movement, and clarity.
Other days, I light one up, skip the routine, and ride the wave.
And you know what? Both versions are me. Both are sacred.

I used to think balance was boring.
Like I had to choose one lane and stay there.
But I’m realizing—balance is the superpower.
The ability to hold light and shadow, motivation and stillness, discipline and desire—
without collapsing into shame.

We’re taught to aim for “done.”
But truthfully? I don’t want to be finished.
I want to be in motion. Evolving.
Changing my mind when I need to.
Letting myself exist in this in-between space
without rushing through it.

Because the middle isn’t the void—
it’s the activation chamber.

So if you’re here, too—between versions of yourself,
navigating who you’ve been and who you’re becoming—
you’re not off track.
You’re right on time.

Live in your balance.
Honor your rhythm.
You’re not supposed to be perfect.
You’re supposed to be whole.
With love, always - Brezzey
