I didn’t grow up thinking I’d become a tea maker.

I studied biology. I followed logic. I tried to play by the world’s rules. But somewhere along the way, I realized what I was really studying wasn’t science—it was life.
The body. The cycles. The way healing happens when you return to what’s natural.
To what’s ancient.

The Shift

Becoming a mama cracked me open.
It softened my edges and sharpened my intuition.
I started blending herbs out of need—anxiety, fatigue, wanting to feel connected without reaching for substances that made me feel numb.

What I found was more than tea.
It was remembrance.
Of my own power.
Of the earth’s medicine.
Of what it feels like to choose peace.

Why I Created Soul Tribe Co.

Because I knew I wasn’t the only one trying to feel better without numbing out.
I knew I wasn’t the only one craving community and stillness at the same time.
I wanted to create a space—a vibe—that says:

“You can heal. You can grow. You can return to yourself in softness.”

And I wanted to do it with intention.
