All orders are processed within 3–5 business days unless otherwise noted. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking details via email. Local pick-up is available in Iowa!

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if you’re unsatisfied with your order or something arrived damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll be happy to offer a store credit or send a replacement if eligible.

Yes! We use organic, sustainably sourced herbs in all of our blends. We believe in honoring the earth and your body through intentional, clean ingredients.

Simply add 1 tsp of herbs to an infuser or disposable tea bag, pour hot water (not boiling) over it, and steep for 5–10 minutes depending on the blend. Check the label for exact instructions.

For maximum freshness, we recommend using our tea blends within 6–12 months. Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight to maintain potency.

Many of our blends are gentle enough for daily use. Always read the ingredient list and consult your healthcare provider if pregnant, nursing, or managing a condition.
